- Once an order has been placed and payment has been taken, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there has been a mistake with your order, and original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
- Items purchased at salomon.co.nz may be returned up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
- Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging with tags attached or returned.
- Items purchased anywhere except salomon.co.nz must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Salomon will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment
- We don’t accept direct exchanges. Instead, we offer a return and re-order policy for purchases through our online store.
- Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
