Great fit,has all the right compartments
I was looking for a hydration pack for >20km training runs. These are great for my gels, phone, tissue pack and has enough pockets for a trash compartment too. I am small framed and the XS fits nicely, does not shift about when I run.

One of my best running purchases. First time I used this was a 16km run tested out gels, car key and used the 2x500ml bottles in the front. No bouncy feeling, fit was perfect and most of the run hardly noticed it was there. Only thing I didn’t realise was that the 5 litre bladder for the back is not included but with my distance that’s not required anyway. Can’t recommend enough.
