Light, responsive. A great upgrade. Run a little small but nothing a thin pair of socks can't help. So far so good!

I wouldn’t recommend these as there is a heel slipping issue and your heel is most likely not going to fit firmly to these. The laces could also use an improvement. The breathability on these is second to none though and so is the durability I would say, which is typical of Salomon
AustraliaBest Half Marathon shoes yet
These are by far the best half marathon and tempo shoes I've ever had. They feel fast running with them, yet the support cushions the ride. They are so much better than the Hoka Mach 5’s I used to wear, and my legs/feet are the true winners after I added these shoes to my kit. They fit true to size, no rubbing, no sore tendons and feet as was the case with the Mach 5’s. They also breathe very well. I will definitely buy again.
AustraliaSLAB phantasm CF road running shoe
It was a critical purchase during my 16 week Melbourne Marathon prep. It became my go to shoe for all my long runs, average 30+k’s every Sunday. Towards the latter stages, I had to use it for session work as well as it did not place any additional stress on my achilles, unlike the Alpha and Vapor flys. The shoe is very light, excellent underfoot feel, especially on tired over worked feet/legs. I could write about the minor issues related to the tongue and lacing but because of the overall excellent performance, I feel that the latter out weighs any minor negatives. Finally, I plan to purchase another pair.
