    Misled out of $130 by Salomon Customer Services

    I was given a warranty code for $260 for a pair of replacement trail running shoes due to manufacturing issue. I ordered two pairs of shoes in different sizes, and sent one back that did not fit, and kept the other one. I was only refunded half the amount of the shoes I sent back. I paid $130 extra for the original shoes than I should have, and was misled into thinking I had $260 off the shoes. I tried to explain my issue multiple times and requested a full refund which was never given.

    Salomon Shoes

    Unfortunately I ordered my shoes for my overseas hiking trip but unfortunately they took a month to deliver& therefore I haven’t yet had the opportunity to try them. Have guaranteed free express postage I never imagined it would take a month to deliver. Helen

    Great shoes
