THE GRAVEL CABIN
A glitch in the ecosystem. A room-within-a-room. Part artist studio, part hiker's hut. Salomon guests recently experienced The Gravel Cabin at The Abbotsford Convent, Melbourne.
WORKSHOP WITH JOSH LYNOTT
Salomon guests joined poet, artist and runner Josh Lynott for a morning of running, image-making and print. The morning started with coffee and a warm up, into a 7km gravel run, taking photos along the way. Back at the Cabin, guests images were printed and became the raw material for a zine. Guests added words, drawings and marks, which were then sequenced and bound to take home. No art or photography experience was needed.
Event took place on Saturday 3rd October at The Abbotsford Convent, Melbourne.
