Warranty return

To make a warranty claim please fill out the below details. Once you have submitted the warranty form, a customer service representative will reach out to you within 2 – 3 business days with a Return Authority (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us

Standard policy:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there has been a mistake with your order, and original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items purchased at salomon.com.au may be returned up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging with tags attached or returned. When returning footwear, please do not attach postage labels directly on to your shoe box.
  • Items purchased anywhere except salomon.com.au must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Salomon will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment
  • We don’t accept direct exchanges. Instead, we offer a return and re-order policy for purchases through our online store.
  • With COVID-19 restrictions (reduced staff capacity), refunds may take up to 10 days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse
