How to measure:

Place a sheet of paper on the floor, against a wall.
Make sure to wear the socks you would normally wear with this type of shoes.
While in socks, stand on the sheet of paper, with your foot perpendicular to the wall and heel against the wall.
Using a pencil, draw a line just in front of your big toe. Do the same for the other foot and use the longest length to determine your shoe size.
Using a ruler, measure the distance between the wall and the line you drew to find out your shoe size.
