CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible, once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, you cannot cancel your order. If you need to return any items please wait until you receive the shipment and then visit our Returns and Refunds page.

Your order will ship from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.
DO I HAVE TO PAY GST?
GST is included is the price we show. No extra GST will be asked. You might be asked to pay duties if you order is over $NZ 1,000
WILL I BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES ?
If you order is under $NZ 1,000 then you won't pay any duties. If you order is over $NZ 1,000 you might be entitled to pay duties. WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO PAY CUSTOMS' CHARGES?
The NZ customs work with NZ Post at the International Mail Centre to identify goods imported by mail that require duty and/or GST to be paid. If you need to pay these charges, you will receive a letter from NZ Post advising what charges must be paid and directing you to make contact with Customs. Your goods will be released as soon as you pay the charges. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card, internet banking, or at a Customs office. Customs cannot release the goods until the charges are paid. For goods imported through a courier company, the company concerned will contact you direct if duty and/or GST are payable.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. In your shipping confirmation email, there is a link that leads you to tracking information. You will have to login to your account and view your order history.
